Academia de San Jose, Inc., through Advance Business Concept, Inc., needed a solution to actively track students and staff that goes in and out of its campus. The software and hardware solution uses real-time image capture of the person tapping his or her RFID badge. It then sends relevant information and images to two locations, the Administration Office, where the server is located and to our CampusSecure mobile application, where authorized users can view the data. The subscription for this particular client is from June 2018 to the present.

The following are some of its features:

  1. Web and Mobile applications to allow remote viewing by authorized users anywhere in the world.
  2. Secure database using proprietary encryption.
  3. Secure online data delivery system using Amazon Web Services.
  4. Images are captured in real time using a camera network.
  5. Unique RFID badges for student, staff, and visitors.

Client Profile

Advance Business Concept, Inc. was established to provide business solutions for small to large enterprises across the Philippines. Primarily and in partnership with Coca-Cola, the company services the beverage and refreshments needs of Catholic schools and universities. Its office in Makati houses the team that acquired Healthy Family from Manila Water last year, solidifying their inventory for the coming year.
